Monthly Storage Auction.  We cut 13 locks for this auction!  Call Robyn, 303-364-6032, to find out which units have been redeemed and which units are still for sale.  Each storage unit sells as one lot.  Join the Treasure Hunt!  Bring your own lock(s) for the unit(s) you buy.  Inspection is auction day only.  Be on time!  There are no lights.  Bring a flashlight.  

Terms:  cash payment at time of sale, for each unit you buy, plus $50 deposit per unit (up to $100 maximum deposit).  You have 48 hours to clean out contents of unit(s) and leave them "broom clean" to get your deposit back.  There is NO trash removal on premises.  Take everything with you.

Selling contents of 10x30' storage unit for Estate of Lee M. Smith, Jr.  Betty Smith, PR.  The Smiths have been customers at Stapleton Storage for 14 years.  Contents include tool boxes and good tools, car jacks, electronics (including several turntables in good condition), 45 rpm records, Super Eight movie and other old cameras, two portable sewing machines, Wards side by side refrigerator/freezer, kitchen items, Denver Pottery Crock in excellent condition, household collectibles (including three TV lamp/clocks), vintage costume jewelry and lots of quality ladies and men's top coats and jackets.
